I'm really picky about who cuts my hair, I had the same hairdresser for 10 years before moving to the UK. I have asian hair and some hairdressers don't understand that it behaves totally differently wet versus dry and have therefore ended up with some horrific uneven haircuts in the past. Hiro is the best, and you can tell they take each customer's hair seriously and he really concentrates hard and cuts my hair once when wet and again once he dries it. I really appreciate his dedication and perfectionism.
