Terms & Conditions
- Keep your reward card safe as lost cards with points cannot be replaced.
- Your reward card must be produced at the time of payment as reward points cannot be added at a later date.
- Your reward card is non transferable and can only be used against the member number indicated on the card.
- Points are accrued according to the rates listed above and instore and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- When claiming discounts or vouchers (reward numbers 12, 24, 36) you cannot use the reward in the same transaction as you've earned the points - you must wait for your next visit to claim the reward.
- Discount rewards of 10% & 20% can only be redeemed against full price services and cannot be used at the same time as other offers or discounts. If you are sharing a family bill we will discount the most expensive service and not the whole bill.
- When claiming any 'buy one get one free' reward, your cheapest item will be free.
- We reserve the right to alter these conditions and may change, update or suspend our loyalty scheme at any time by giving 60 days notice on this website. If the scheme is terminated we will not accept any reward cards outside of this 60 day period.
