Very pleased indeed. It was my first visit and I was unable to get a short notice appointment with the director, but happy to be seen by a stylist. The washing and massage was soothingly therapeutic - an added bonus. But more importantly, the cut was great. Sayo understood what I was after and delivered brilliantly. In fact, it's fair to say it was a little better than I'd expected and it even looks good when I do it at home myself. I would describe Keisuke Hair Salon as quality without the pretentiousness that so characterises most of London's high end salons. I'll be coming back, possibly for one of the treatments. Thanks again, Sayo. And have a nice time in Nagoya! Dan

I'm really picky about who cuts my hair, I had the same hairdresser for 10 years before moving to the UK. I have asian hair and some hairdressers don't understand that it behaves totally differently wet versus dry and have therefore ended up with some horrific uneven haircuts in the past. Hiro is the best, and you can tell they take each customer's hair seriously and he really concentrates hard and cuts my hair once when wet and again once he dries it. I really appreciate his dedication and perfectionism.
Thank you!!!!

I've been coming to Keisuke for over a year now. I'm always happy with the quality of the service I receive. Sayo always does a fantastic job with my hair and I like their hair products.

Its a great salon. Staff are very polite and clearly very good at what they do. I went for a half head of highlights and a cut. I was quoted a price over the phone which i noted. Once i was in the chair and we'd gone over colour selections, cut etc. i was asked if i knew the price. It ended up being about £15 more then i was quoted as my hair is reasonably long. Also, the website mentions that within the price, a short shoulder massage was included. It wasn't for me and i didn't want to ask - i kept expecting it would be done at the end :(
Think i was just a bit unlucky - i don't want to slate them. I don't think i would return however.
